Evergreen Golf Course is a stunning 18-hole course along Bear Creek and is often regarded as Denver’s mountain jewel. The course boasts a challenging layout with tight fairways and undulating greens, making it an excellent test for golfers of all skill levels. Stunning views are all throughout the course—from lush rolling hills to beautiful fairways lined with pine trees. You may even see some elk stop by to watch your game. Hiwan Golf Club is a private golf and country club that offers a world-class golfing experience. The challenging course was designed by J. Press Maxwell, with holes spread across uneven mountainous terrain. The 12th hole displays a lovely waterfall and is remembered as the most picturesque hole on the course. Red Rocks Country Club

Red Rocks Country Club is a private golf club in Morrison, just a quick drive from Evergreen. The club boasts an 18-hole championship course and underwent a significant greens renovation in 2022. The club is family-friendly and encourages guests of all ages to get outside and enjoy its stunning course. The elegant clubhouse provides a welcoming atmosphere for members to relax and socialize with old or new friends after a round of golf. Red Rocks Country Club also has incredible amenities, including a 25-meter heated pool with an outdoor bar, a variety of dining options, unique practice facilities, and the beauty of their 800 acres of private open space trails.

Indian Tree Golf Course

Indian Tree Golf Course is a premier public par-70 golf course in Arvada, just a short drive from Evergreen. The course features a variety of holes that will challenge golfers of all skill levels, including narrow fairways, water hazards, and tricky doglegs. The course features putting greens, a chipping green, a sand bunker, and a 24-tee driving range, and putting green. Fossil Trace Golf Club

Fossil Trace Golf Club is a highly acclaimed golf course in Golden, approximately 12 miles east of Evergreen. The 18-hole championship course was designed by renowned golf course architect Jim Engh and featured a unique layout incorporating the area’s geological history. The course is built on a former clay mine and features exposed rock formations, fossils, and even remnants of mining equipment. The course is known for its excellent conditioning and exceptional views of the surrounding mountains, including the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater. In addition to the golf course, Fossil Trace Golf Club offers a full-service practice facility, including a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.
